The word ‘focus’ here has a meaning like that of focusing your camera. Before we focus the camera, everything in view is blurry, colors blend together and we can’t tell what we’re looking at. Before we can pursue our calling, we need to have clarity on what it is we’re pursuing.

To get some focus on our life and our future, we need to discover how we’re designed. What are we made for? What do we care about? Do we have a story or personal experience that can be used to enlighten or encourage others? These are important questions to ask.
